Description

Tom Ford For Men Cologne is the first of the Tom Ford fragrance line, introduced in 2007. Tom Ford for Men is a woody floral musk created by Yves Cassar. A warm honey and tobacco mix that is easy to wear to the office or in the evening.

Notes of citrus, lemon leaf oil, mandarin zest, bergamot, basil, ginger, violet leaf, Tunisian orange blossom, grapefruit blossom, tobacco leaf, black pepper, amber, cedar, Virginian patchouli, vetiver, oakmoss, leatherwood and cypriol.

    Tom Ford for Men

    Tom Ford for Men is a great-smelling woody fragrance, and it’s that smell alone that’s gets it two stars. The other three belong to longevity, sillage, and projection, of which this has none. There is a thirty-minute window in which you are seduced, then dumped mercilessly, never to hear from it again. TFfM doesn’t just become a skin scent, but evaporates on the very wind that carries it, only to ever be smelled with direct nose-to-skin contact shortly after disappearing. From start to finish, you’ll have Tom Ford for an hour—two if you bring out some scent extension techniques (like applying to clothes, hair, etc)—and then 99.9% of it will be gone.
