Winter/Snow Sampler - Set of Eight 1/2ml Samples

When you think of a cold winter's night you think of cold air, the scent of evergreen and a waft of someone's fireplace or wood stove. If you are lucky enough to be around a Christmas market and can experience the smell of roasted chestnuts, candy, spices, winter fruits and hot chocolate, those festive scents just add to the ambiance. And when it's night time the smell of creamy coffee, roasted peanuts, pine nuts and pumpkin seeds are just perfect to freeze all the moments in memory. In places where it snows, winters are often described as white and frosty and to make the picture more vivid is the smell of trees covered with snow and of wet wood, soft and green accords wafting from the leaves. The outdoors are covered in snow and all things are frozen solid. 

You will receive  a 1/2ml sample (1ml sample vial filled half full) of each of the fragrances in this sampler.   

1. Demeter Snow Cologne – Inspired by growing up and enjoying the northeast winter snowstorms that went on for days. It is the scent of newly fallen snow.
2. Freyja's Daughters Midwinter Perfume Oil - Encapsulating winter in a bottle, the dark, rich scent of bayberry and evergreen, accented with red berries, delivers the quintessential winter aroma that is often sought but rarely captured.
3. Pineward Icefall Extrait - Pineward perfumes capture abandoned alpine farmsteads, boreal bracken and briars, frost-laden and fog-blanketed firs, loam-covered logs, prickles of pine, thickly thicketed thistles, rotting rooted carpets, morel mushroom mycelium, sap encrusted spruces and misty, murky, mossy, forests. Icefall features notes of white grapefruit, blue cypress, maritime pine, juniper, nootka, cedar, sandalwood, seaweed. Crisp needles, deep blue ice, and dark water. A frozen glacial estuary where ice falls, crashing into waves. 
4. Pineward Sturbridge Extrait - Pineward perfumes capture abandoned alpine farmsteads, boreal bracken and briars, frost-laden and fog-blanketed firs, loam-covered logs, prickles of pine, thickly thicketed thistles, rotting rooted carpets, morel mushroom mycelium, sap encrusted spruces and misty, murky, mossy, forests. Sturbridge features notes of pine resin, frankincense, myrrh, spikenard, baked apple, pinecone oil, fir balsam, spices, balm of Gilead (poplar), amber, cedar, ambergris. A festive winter hearth adorned with garlands and pinecones. Candlelight festivities and merriment inspired this fine blend of sticky resins, spiced goods, winter greenery and wisemen's gifts.
5. Potion Street Perfumes Winter Perfume Oil – A camphorous, slightly sweet and brisk fragrance with notes of fresh mint, white musk, eucalyptus, cypress, tonka bean, patchouli and a touch of vanilla. Zesty hints of cinnamon round out this cool and crisp fragrance. 
6. Sixteen92 Midwinter Dusk Perfume Oil Extrait – From the 2021 Holiday Collection, Midwinter Dusk is a dark green winter atmospheric fragrance. With notes of chilled evergreen boughs and bunches of mistletoe, a blanket of evening frost, distant sleigh bells and the soft glow of gas lamps on snowy cobblestone streets.
7. Stardust and Stems Winter Forest Enchantment Perfume Oil - This scent will transport you to a Nordic Cottagecore Winter Wonderland. Standing in an icy grotto, the stillness echoes under blankets of snow; there’s nothing to see but white. While the sterile coldness feels as though the world has frozen into almost nothing, poking from beneath the white is the evergreen. It's like all that's tingly of icy cold. The freshness of winter firs and greens such as eucalyptus and pine are blended with slight hints of pomander. Wintergreen and menthol glow with pure frostiness. With notes of fresh snowy air, winter fir and florals, wintergreen, pomander, pale musk and sandalwood.
