Goat is from a line of fragrance inspired by the personality of wild animals. This series "Animals of the Polish Forest" will take you on a journey to the magical corners of the Bieszczady Mountains - exactly where their ideas were born. These fragrances are their visions turned into fragrances - truly Slavic, wild and inspired by nature.
Goat is the scent of impassable mountains, madness and obsession. From the brand: “I created this fragrance with the thought that it had to be unusual and surprising. This is how I wanted to express the wild side of the animal. Goat milk, mushrooms and truffle notes evoke the wild nature where goats live, while we can feel the dirty, animal, aggressive side of the animal through animal notes like costus, oud and leather aroma.” It features top notes of violet leaves, osmanthus, milk, mushrooms and truffles; middle notes of clove, cumin, cedarwood, fir and patchouli; and base notes of vetiver, moss, animal notes, agarwood (oud), costus and leather. Goat is an eau de parfum, edp.
WOLF BROTHERS GOAT REVIEWS
Fragrantica: It smells like a wet fur mixed with smoked, burnt fur, all together mixed with spices and wrapped in a strange umami-milky mossy green coat. Also, after some time the violet leaf appears and shows its presence. All together very unique and nothing on the market that I know smells like this. Interesting, truly niche scent.
Basenotes: I think I might end up getting a bottle of Goat. It wears beautifully. I smell like a shepherd that just wrestled a bear in the mud lol. The opening has a bit of an annoying synthetic quality but the drydown is heaven; and in the air, I don't mind the opening at all. I think this could be a winner for anyone who enjoys leather, smoky and animalic perfumes. To me, in the same vein as Arnayaka and Find me in the dark part II, but more focused on the animal, not as much forest as the previous two which use quite a lot of pine, fir and the like.
Fragrantica: Smells like fur. Smells like an animal. Just a great composition. Very original, animalic in every way. Not a crowd-pleaser. Just great.
