Description

Gingerbread Dough evokes the most festive scent of all time. The smell of freshly made gingerbread dough before baking fills the air, golden butter melting into brown sugar, warm spices swirling gently in the cozy winter atmosphere. A spoon of ginger, a swirl of cinnamon, a whisper of nutmeg and clove, all wrapped in the comforting sweetness of vanilla and molasses. Created by perfumer Theodoros Kalotinis, this oriental vanilla fragrance which launched in 2025, evolves into something far beyond the kitchen, a sensual, captivating creation that turns heads as you pass by. The warmth of its spices lingers on the skin like a gentle nostalgic caress. Gingerbread Dough is not just a scent; it is a story of comfort meeting desire; a golden embrace that feels both familiar and irresistibly seductive. It features notes of butter, brown sugar, flour, vanilla, molasses, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Gingerbread Dough is an eau de parfum, edp.

THEODOROS KALOTINIS GINGEBREAD DOUGH REVIEWS

Fragrantica: "Super subtle holiday spice kind of scent. Very understated and inoffensive. I see it drying down to a sexy spicy musk. You get the wet dough, soft ginger and brown sugar in the opening, similar to cinnamon rolls minus the heavy bubble gummy cinnamon. It settles down into all those holiday spices, a little bready, not overly sweet, and without smelling like a candle."

Fragrantica: "The opening is intriguing. It truly smells like spiced cookie dough. You can feel the atmosphere of gingerbread cookies popping into the oven to take their final shape. There's plenty of ginger, butter, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon and honey haven't been forgotten either. I also detect a fair amount of citrus. I can already picture Christmas, although I expected more spices; the buttery note with citrus and ginger is more prominent.
It's somewhat reminiscent of Cinnamon Rolls in terms of its atmosphere, although it's an exaggeration to say they're very similar. Gingerbread Dough doesn't have as much cinnamon, but they share weak performance characteristics. Unfortunately the longevity is so poor that despite a strong affinity for the composition itself, I won't be buying a full bottle. One or two hours and the fun is over. Of this new TK Christmas series - Gingerbread Dough is definitely the weakest in terms of performance. 7/10"

Fragrantica: "Beautifully nostalgic Christmas memories of baking gingerbread cookies with my grandma came to mind, once again Theodoros Kalotinis has made a wonderfully realistic "take me back" to the childhood scent! The fresh ginger in the opening is so photorealistic I wish he made a ginger perfume this summer! The warm spicy hug of ginger and clove fades into a powdery vanilla in the base where you can slightly perceive the flour and butter accord. Not similar to Cinnamon rolls in my opinion as cinnamon is not the main character here. If you look for cinnamon you are better off with Apple Pie or Cinnamon Rolls."
