Posted by Patty White on 22nd Jan 2017
Week ending January 22, 2017, best-selling perfumes at STC. There are a few changes, some old favorites made it back on the list. Make sure to head over to our Facebook page and comment, like or share to be entered in a drawing to win a sample set of this week's best-sellers. We do allow for substitutions if you already own or have tried some of these!
- Zoologist Civet - Making the number one spot two weeks in a row!
- Le Labo Santal 33 - This beautiful scent is almost always in the top five.
- By Kilian Noir Aphrodisiaque - This Paris Boutique exclusive moved up a lot of spots this week. Dark chocolate, jasmine and iris.
- Dawn Spencer Hurwitz Chinchilla - Moving up again from last week. Great, rich cozy scent.
- Tom Ford Private Blend Tobacco Vanille - Always gonna be in the top five. The world will have to end before this ever drops out of the top five.
- Tom Ford Private Blend Oud Wood - Ah, this is where it normally is after a little drop last week.
- Creed Aventus - Whew. SMOD is not on the way as Aventus moves back up the list.
- Arquiste Ella - love to see this here, and it deserves to be this high on the list.
- Jo Malone Myrrh & Tonka Cologne Intense - Did you guys just find this? Love this new one from Jo Malone. It is really addictive.
- Le Labo Vanille 44 - Paris Exclusive - My very favorite vanilla in existence. Not heavy, it floats.
- Creed Green Irish Tweed - Scared me when this dropped off the list last week.
- Cartier L'Envol - this is a great new scent from Cartier and made a lot of Best of 2016 lists.
- Pacifica Mexican Cocoa Perfume - No idea what happened, but this is a pretty great chocolate perfume! And inexpensive. Almost never get to say that.
- Hermessence Osmanthe Yunnan - A scent that has been much loved since its release. Normally this becomes wildly popular during the summer months, but it really is great year-round.
- Hermes Galop d'Hermes - a new release from 2016 that will become one of the Hermes classics.
- Thierry Mugler Angel Muse - A great flanker. Words I almost never put in the same sentence. Mugler is one person that does make flankers with genuine twists on the original that make it more interesting or better.
- Frederic Malle Portrait of a Lady - Third week in a row on this list. I'm doing a Malle review this week, and I've been having a lot of fun putting this together with The Night. A perfect masculine rose.
- Jo Malone Basil & Neroli - Jo Malone has not done basil since they did their best-selling Lime Basil and Mandarine. This is a great second basil for them.
- Tauer Perfumes L'air du Desert Marocain - Another popular fragrance in the store. Just took a break, it seems and now it is back!
- Zoologist Nightingale - One of my favorites from Zoologist.
