Best-Selling Perfumes 2016 at STC
Posted by Patty White on 2nd Jan 2017
We looked back at 2016 to see what you lobed, and this is the list of the best-selling perfumes at STC:
- Le Labo Santal 33 - this hit the top of the list this year and stayed there, thanks to being a great scent and an article in Jezebel declaring this the only perfume the author had been stopped and asked what she was wearing.
- Creed Aventus - This is the first time since it was introduced that this has not been in first place. A legion of fans with attention to batch numbers. The hype can seem a little bit much, but it's a great fragrance.
- Tom Ford Private Blend Tobacco Vanille - This has been in the top five probably since it was introduced as well. Rich, vanilla'ed tobacco. A classic.
- Le Labo Rose 31 - Also a perennial favorite in our top sellers. If you hate rose, try this. It's like not-rose and kinda rose. I get the detergent scented with this for my sheets.
- Creed Green Irish Tweed - a men's classic that almost every guy has to try at least once.
- Frederic Malle Portrait of a Lady - Another rose on the list, a masculine one. I'm a big fan of rose on men, and this and Le Labo Rose 31 are my favorites. Favorite for myself too.
- Tom Ford Private Blend Oud Wood - Four Tom Ford Private Blends made this list, this is another from the early start of Private Blend. A distinctive blend of oud.
- Le Labo The Noir 29 - This debuted this year, and it's another one of those Le Labo not-tea things. An easy wear.
- Byredo Gypsy Water - Smooth beyond belief and addictive.
- Tom Ford Soleil Blanc ( Private Blend) - Summertime at the Hamptons with the expensive suntan lotion.
- Le Labo Vanille 44 - Paris Exclusive - This woody vanilla has also been in our best-seller list for a long time. It wafts with such a delicate vanilla. One of my personal favorites that I wear a lot.
- Papillon Salome - Can I tell you how much I love seeing this skanky little number in our best-seller list? It's so feral and amazing. I love this one.
- Hermes Terre D'Hermes - Another men's (women can and should wear it as well!) classic that is always on the best-seller list here, but it makes almost every all-time-best list out there.
- Le Labo Bergamote 22 - This was this surprise on the list. It's a great scent, I didn't know y'all loved not-bergamot this much.
- Creed Virgin Island Water - The third Creed on the list. So much fun to wear, it makes me laugh every time I smell it.
- Tom Ford Private Blend Tuscan Leather - the fourth Tom Ford Private Blend, and a best-selling leather anywhere.
- Christian Dior La Collection Couturier Parfumeur - Fève Délicieuse - This has only been out a couple of years, but is always a favorite since its release. A Gourmand with a Dior touch, it is easy to wear and smells great!
